Gay Life is a publication of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center of Baltimore and Central Maryland (GLCCB). It's published every other Friday in Baltimore, Maryland, with distribution throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. As a social enterprise of the community center, revenues generated by Gay Life support the Center and, in turn, its many community-driven services and programs. We began publishing the newspaper in September of 1977, just six months after the inception of the Center. Today, Gay Life distributes approximately 10,000 papers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Gay Life offers insightful and engaging coverage on local events, as well as national and international news. We regularly tackle important and relevant topics such as personal finance for same-sex partners, local resources for LGBT youth, faith-based support, and health care issues. We also cover local theater, concerts, art shows, fashion, festivals, films, discussions, fundraisers, contests, and more! And we regularly include opinion pieces and Q&As with local celebrities and community figures.

In addition to our editorial commentary, we offer print and online advertising so businesses and organizations can directly reach to the LGBT community. Our loyal advertisers consistently inform us that advertising in Gay Life is a very effective tool.
